How do I request a quote or a sample?

Browse the product catalog, open any product, and use the in-page action to add it to your cart — you can request quotes and samples directly from there. Once you’ve added everything you need, submit the request from the cart and our sales team will follow up with pricing, lead time, and any sample logistics. Prefer to talk first? What payment methods do you accept?

We accept wire transfer (T/T), ACH, certified bank check, money order, and company check (subject to clearance), as well as all major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Open account net terms are available upon credit approval

How do you ship?

Shipments leave our West Caldwell, New Jersey facility via UPS, FedEx, or other common carriers. Air freight is available on request, in compliance with applicable hazmat regulations. What is your return policy?

Returns require prior authorization from Customer Service. Notification must be made within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Contact us before sending anything back.

How do I request a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) or Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

Use Document Lookup with the product name and lot number, or email regulatory@pentafineingredients.com. Certificates of Analysis and Safety Data Sheets are typically provided within one business day.

What certifications do your products carry?

Penta Fine Ingredients holds OU Kosher, IFANCA Halal, ISO 9001:2015, and FSSC 22000 certifications. Many products also carry U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) GRAS and FEMA GRAS status. Specific certifications are listed on each product’s Technical Data Sheet (TDS), and facility-level certificates are available on the Certifications page.
