West Caldwell, NJ — April 1, 2026 — Penta Fine Ingredients is pleased to announce the addition of two new Inside Sales Account Managers, Grady Lawlor and Leo Santana, further strengthening the company’s commitment to customer service and growth across the Flavor, Fragrance, and Pharma markets.
In their new roles, Grady and Leo will support customers across the Flavor, Fragrance, and Pharma sectors, working closely with clients to deliver reliable, tailored solutions backed by Penta’s broad ingredient portfolio. They will also focus on expanding existing accounts and identifying new growth opportunities.
Grady Lawlor
Grady brings valuable experience in the fragrance, flavor, and specialty ingredients industry, having supported a diverse portfolio of personal care, cosmetic, and nutraceutical brands and manufacturers. He has demonstrated success in managing customer relationships, driving new business development, and coordinating cross-functional projects from concept through commercialization.
